Refund policy

We hope you love your Wabi Sabi bag as much as we loved creating it. Each piece is checked with care before it’s sent out — but if something goes wrong, don’t worry, we’ve got you.

We accept returns or exchanges only for:

  • Items that arrived damaged, or
  • Wrong items delivered

If that happens, just send us a message within 7 days of receiving your order at team.wabisabimnl@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a few photos so we can sort it out quickly.

Once confirmed, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever works best for you.

A few quick notes:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect color/style chosen.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
