1. Orders

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please double-check your details (name, address, contact info) before checking out — we can’t make changes once the order has shipped.

2. Payments

All prices listed are in PHP and inclusive of taxes (unless stated otherwise). We accept payments through the methods shown at checkout.

3. Shipping

We do our best to ship your orders quickly and safely. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen courier, but we’ll always keep you posted.

4. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for damaged or wrong items delivered.

Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing team.wabisabimnl@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

5. Product Colors & Photos

We try to show each bag’s color and details as accurately as possible, but screen settings and lighting may cause slight variations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, designs, text, and logo — belongs to Wabi Sabi Manila. Please don’t use them without permission.
