Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email once your order is on its way.
Delivery Time

Metro Manila: 2–3 business days after shipping

Provincial areas: 3-5 business days after shipping
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the courier and location, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you fast.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Occasionally, we run free shipping promos — keep an eye on our socials for those!
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can check your parcel’s status anytime.
Delays or Delivery Issues
Sometimes, delays happen beyond our control (weather, courier issues, etc.). If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, just message us at team.wabisabimnl@gmail.com and we’ll help sort it out.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong or a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can replace it right away.
